Sharvalla Husband-Hinton is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She has an unending passion to help people who have experienced traumatic events and those who are just having a difficult time adjusting to life’s circumstances. One of her main focuses while working with clients is to instill hope.Sharvalla has over 10 years’ experience in the field.

She utilizes a variety of clinical interventions and therapies to meet each client’s individual needs. Some of those modalities are CBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, client-centered therapy, crisis intervention, Attachment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Stress Management, Multisystemic therapy, and telehealth.

She has spent most of her professional career helping individuals who have experienced emotional dysregulation, mood swings, anger, relationship issues, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, parenting problems, anxiety, self-esteem and trauma in residential settings and outpatient settings.
