Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of a multidimensional therapeutic Private Practice built on one core belief: Every person is as unique as a fingerprint or snowflake.

My work centers on understanding who you are as a whole person—your motivations, your lived experiences, and the patterns shaping how you move through the world. Therapy with me is not a one‐size‐fits‐all process; it’s a tailored, creative, and deeply individualized experience designed exclusively for you, and YOU only!

Although I have documented extensive credentials and years of experience, what sets me apart from the norm of therapy is: I do not promote the concept of "Therapy" as a fix/help for life by coping, changing, or a "professional" that knows what's best for you. My clinical perspective is shaped by a uniquely diverse life path that is Multidimensional.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach blends neuroscience, behavioral understanding, emotional insight, and real‐world adaptability. I listen for the story beneath the story, the motivations beneath the behavior, and the strengths hidden beneath the perceived struggle.

Therapy with me is:

  • Individualized — no templates, no one‐size‐fits‐all
  • Collaborative — we work together, not top‐down
  • Insight‐driven — understanding creates viewpoint
  • Brain‐based — grounded in how your mind and nervous system actually work
  • Practical — strategies that fit your life, not just theory
  • Holistic — honoring mind, body, environment, and identity
  • Talent/Strength Based — free exposure to abilities never known or explored

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a grounded, welcoming conversation—not a test or interrogation. Connection and feeling comfortable is my first priority for you and for me.

I take time to understand:

  • How your brain processes information
  • How you respond to stress, change, and uncertainty
  • Your communication style
  • Your history and lived experiences
  • Your strengths, values, and goals
  • The patterns shaping your current challenges

Together, if you feel we are a match, we identify immediate priorities and begin building a personalized relationship and objective(s) that fits your life. I can connect with people from all walks of life, however, without genuine rapport and connection, goals will never work.

By the end of the first session, you will have:

  • A clear non-judgment decision of continuing or not continuing with me as a therapist
  • A clearer sense of direction you are ready for
  • A deeper understanding of your patterns
  • A collaborative plan for moving forward if you connect with me
  • A therapist who sees you fully and meets you where you are regardless of your decision to move forward with me or someone else as a therapist.
  • An initial session you have never experienced before, you'll never forget in your journey of life
