I have over a decade of experience utilizing a trauma-informed approach and other various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help guide my clients along their healing journeys. Whether it's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I will tailor the approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
