Great to meet you!

As a Licensed therapist with over 20 years in human service, I strive to provide a welcoming environment with structure and compassionate care. Congratulations on taking the first step to address your challenges! I believe prioritizing your mental health will allow you to gain emotional stability and identify effective coping skills to address maladaptive behavior patterns. In return, you will have the opportunity to live a stable, happy, and prosperous lifestyle.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individual approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we will act as partners in your therapeutic journey. My approach is person-centered and my focus is to address matters from a holistic perspective.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session will be focused on building the foundation of our therapeutic rapport. I like to start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and your goals you hope to achieve. It’s important to me that you communicate openly and you feel safe and respected in our therapeutic relationship. I will be here to listen to you, challenge you and support you along the way.
