Great to meet you!

Welcome! I commend you for taking the initiative to prioritize your mental health—seeking help is not always easy, so congratulations on taking this first, courageous step.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through a variety of challenges, and I specialize in areas such as family conflicts, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

I believe that good mental health is essential to happiness and overall well-being—and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is open-minded, warm, and thoughtfully challenging. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. In our work together, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, practical tools for growth, and a deeper sense of clarity and confidence.
