Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Shaun Richey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. Since beginning my practice in 2011, I've specialized in working with anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you're navigating loss, feeling overwhelmed, or adjusting to a new chapter in life, my goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of movement, mindset, and meaningful connection to help people navigate life’s challenges. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for healing and growth. I enjoy helping clients explore the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion, creating space to better understand patterns, build self-awareness, and move toward greater balance and authenticity. I consider it a privilege to learn from each person I work with and am committed to walking alongside them as they build resilience, heal, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship begins with clarity, trust, and collaboration. From the start, I work to understand your unique goals, answer your questions, and ensure that my approach aligns with your needs so you can feel confident that we're the right fit for one another.
