Great to meet you!

I have my Masters in Counseling, and have been working in the field for the past decade. My experience in crisis care comes from both in-patient and outpatient environments. I work with teens and adults 14 and up in this area, with duel experience in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, and PTSD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a multi-approach of CBT, mindfulness, and DBT methods in session to help you change your unwanted thought patterns and lead to better actions. I look forward to hearing your story and helping it grow to where you want it to go!

What you can expect from our first session

I take a collaborative approach with my clients, reassuring, affirming, and challenging you along your journey towards better mental health and well being. My purpose in therapy is to help you find resiliency in the darkest of nights and brightest of days.
