Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like themselves. Many of my patients come in with anxiety, depression, mood changes, sleep problems, or difficulty functioning the way they want to in daily life.

My approach is clear, structured, and collaborative. I do more than prescribe medication. I help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, what your options are, and what a realistic plan looks like moving forward.

If you’ve ever left an appointment feeling rushed or unsure about what to do next, my goal is to make sure that doesn’t happen here.

My approach to therapy

Appointments with me are focused, practical, and personalized.

We will look at:

  • how you are actually functioning day to day
  • how your symptoms are showing up in real life
  • how medication is helping or not helping
  • what patterns may be making things harder

When appropriate, visits also include brief supportive psychotherapy to help you better understand triggers, emotional responses, and next steps.

You will leave each session with:

  • a clear plan
  • an understanding of what to expect
  • one or two things to monitor between visits

This is not a quick refill-only visit. My goal is for you to leave each session with clarity and direction.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a thorough and collaborative evaluation.

We will talk through:

  • your current symptoms
  • your history
  • what has or hasn’t worked in the past
  • what you want to feel different

Together, we will create a treatment plan that may include medication, adjustments, or a clear next step.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening and guide you toward a plan that feels manageable.
