Great to meet you!

I support women of color who feel stuck in survival mode—burned out, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are beyond their responsibilities. My approach is culturally responsive and trauma‐informed, creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we explore the patterns and unresolved experiences shaping your stress.

I specialize in helping high‐achieving women navigate burnout, life transitions, grief, trauma, postpartum recovery, faith challenges, and relationship stress. Together, we work toward restoring your peace, emotional grounding, and sense of self so you can move from simply coping to truly thriving.

My approach to therapy

I offer a grounded presence and to turn emotional complexity into practical, everyday tools.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. I don’t position myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you identify patterns, navigate stuck points, and build the insight and skills needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your inner peace, confidence, and sense of wholeness—so you’re not just surviving, but truly thriving.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect compassion, honest feedback, accountability, and practical tools you can apply in everyday life.

With over 12 years of experience, I bring both clinical expertise and compassion into the therapy room. I am not here to “fix” you, but to partner with you as you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling.
