Great to meet you!

I’m Shaunesse Bell, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I help people find their way back to themselves when life starts to feel overwhelming or heavy. I create a space where you can be real about what you’re carrying without feeling judged or rushed. I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, and I support high-achieving individuals and mothers who feel like they’ve lost themselves along the way. I specialize in burnout, identity, and emotional healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and focused on helping you understand yourself on a deeper level. I don’t just focus on what’s happening now, we also explore the patterns and experiences that shaped how you think, feel, and show up in relationships. I’ll support you in making sense of your emotions while also giving you practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to be real, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you and what brought you here, at your pace. I’ll ask questions to better understand you, but it will feel more like a conversation than an interview. By the end of the session, we’ll start to identify a few goals and a direction that feels right for you.
