Great to meet you!

You do not have to navigate difficult seasons of life alone. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, struggling with stress or anger, experiencing challenges in your relationships or family, or adjusting to changes in your physical health, therapy can provide a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing. With more than 25 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand that each person’s story is different, and I will meet you with compassion, respect, and without judgment. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your current struggles while identifying practical ways to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be practical, collaborative, and responsive to your individual needs. We’ll work together to better understand the patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, family and relationship difficulties, stress, and anger while also considering how your physical health and life experiences may be connected to your emotional wellbeing. I may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize and shift patterns that contribute to distress, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to identify strengths and build toward meaningful change, and Problem-Solving Therapy to develop practical strategies for navigating challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and supported while building skills that can help you feel more confident, capable, and connected in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can work through life’s challenges without feeling like you have to figure everything out on your own. We’ll take time to understand what is happening in your life, what you would like to be different, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. Together, we’ll identify realistic steps forward and work at a pace that feels manageable for you. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling heard, respected, and more equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
