Great to meet you!

With a Master’s degree in Social Work, I have a broad range of experience working in many different settings throughout our community, including; hospice, clinical family medicine settings, and private practice. I have an extensive understanding of how important emotional health is to people across their lifespan and in all ages and stages of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Realizing a deep connection between our body and our mind, I utilize active listening, self-regulation, mindfulness, and other stress and anxiety-reducing techniques. This is in conjunction with CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered and strengths-based therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create an environment of empathy and warmth. After spending time together, I hope you will feel comfortable and safe enough to engage in deep conversation, sit in silence, cry or laugh. You'll feel enlightened and heard. I partner with my clients to set goals at their pace and priorities at the forefront of each session.
