Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years nursing experience. My background includes primary care, adolescents, adult, geriatrics, and mental health. I provide individualized care for populations experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, life transitions, in a supportive, judgement-free environment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, and individualized. I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan together. I value open communication, education, and shared decision-making throughout your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will focus on understanding your concerns, experiences, and goals for treatment. We will review your mental health and medical history, any current symptoms, stressors, and previous treatment experiences. This initial visit is focused on gathering the information needed to develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects your specific needs, preferences, and goals.
