I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with dual board certification and over 20 years of experience in health care. My services include comprehensive mental health assessments, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing support.

The quality of care and treatment outcome depends on the therapeutic relationship between provider and patient. I build warm, encouraging relationships with my patients and empower them to actively manage their mental health. I provide medication management and therapy using CBT, motivational interviewing, and solutions-based therapy.

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients where they can be completely honest about who they are, where they are at present, and where they would like to be. After conducting a thorough evaluation and agreeing on a treatment plan, we will work together to achieve your goals using a holistic approach.
