I have experience dealing with substance abuse and mental health including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. My goal is to be a resource, while eradicating the stigma associated with help seeking behaviors. Change is often hard, yet in many circumstances necessary and/or required for growth.
