Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and building meaningful connections with the individuals I serve. I believe everyone deserves a provider who cares, hears, and truly listens. I believe seeking mental health care is a courageous and deeply personal decision, and you deserve a provider who genuinely listens. I strive to create a compassionate, inclusive, and judgment-free space where every person feels welcomed, respected, and valued. You are more than a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what matters most to you, and provide a space where you feel safe being yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach begins with listening and is built on partnership. I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, goals, and what wellness looks like for you. Rather than making decisions for you, I believe in making them with you. Together, we will develop an individualized, evidence-based plan that respects your values, preferences, and needs. I want you to feel informed, supported, and empowered to take an active role in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not just an assessment. It is an opportunity for you to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable while I listen and learn what has brought you to this point and where you would like to go from here. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. We will discuss your concerns, answer your questions, explore options, and determine the next steps together. My goal is for you to
