Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, young adults, and men navigating anxiety, depression, social anxiety, trauma, and life’s challenges. I support children with IEPs and teens working through identity, relationships, confidence, and emotions. I have a particular interest in working with boys and men who want to better understand and process their emotions, especially those coping with trauma. If you are a male seeking a therapist for the first time, you do not have to know exactly what to say or where to begin. Therapy can be a place to feel understood, build confidence, and develop healthier ways to cope.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, and college students navigating anxiety, school stress, social challenges, and academic pressure. I support students with IEPs in building confidence, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills. My goal is to help young people feel understood, empowered, and better equipped to manage

What you can expect from me

For adults, I provide a supportive space to work through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, communication, and self-confidence. Together, we’ll build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and help you feel more grounded and connected. If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling better, I’m here to help.
