Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. I’m passionate about helping people take meaningful steps toward healing and feeling more like themselves again. I hold a master’s degree in mental health counseling and have experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. I specialize in supporting clients with a history of trauma and loss, helping them process their experiences and move toward healing at their own pace. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical, and tailored to each person’s unique needs while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I work collaboratively with clients, meeting you where you are and helping you take practical steps toward healing and growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor each session to your unique needs, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I also specialize in working with trauma and grief, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and relaxed space where you can share at your own pace; there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. My focus is on helping you feel heard, supported, and comfortable as we start building a path toward healing and growth.
