Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, especially those who I lovingly refer to as "neuroexpansive" (artistic, creative, Autistic/ADHD-identified, and beyond). I have had a long journey with my own mental health, which I believe is essential in empathizing with you and offering ideas based on experience.

If you have trouble reaching out to book a consult (for example, if you have insurance I don't accept), please send me a message at [email protected] or ‪(408) 915-7742.‬ One more note, as you can't see it under "Cost" – my private pay sessions are $230 per 50-minute session.

My approach to therapy

I offer a mix of grounding/nervous system work, creative goal-setting, and a space to just exist – all served with compassion and humor. I empower my clients to engage in their lives wholeheartedly, allowing them to enjoy loving relationships, meaningful work, and self-integrity.

What you can expect from me

Expect to take away some fun metaphors for your situation and the skills you can apply to it. Also, you will hopefully gain clarity about really what matters to you, opening immediate opportunities to live out your priorities – with ample support, of course!
