These situations can bring about unwelcomed thoughts and emotions making it more challenging to move through day-to-day living.

I am proprietor of New U by Design, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Strengthsbased Family Worker, and Nationally Certified Counselor specializing in individual, couples and family. With several years experience as a therapist and graduate of Waynesburg University, I specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Life Changes and Transitions; I currently serve as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Areas of expertise: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care.

Many clients walk away feeling as though a weight has been lifted. My conversational style lends itself well to building rapport and trust. I do not judge and want you to know you can share anything in a supportive environment.
