Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I’ve worked in community mental health, substance use treatment, and leadership roles supervising other clinicians. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I believe therapy should be practical, respectful, and focused on real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels safe but productive. I focus on building insight, developing coping skills, and addressing root causes, not just symptoms. Therapy with me is structured or flexible based on your needs.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk about what brings you in and what you hope to change. I will ask questions to understand your history, strengths, and current challenges. Together, we’ll begin identifying clear goals and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a sense of direction.
