Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals struggling with trauma, anger, and substance use.

If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don't have to figure it out on your own. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can be open, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes at your pace.

My approach is compassionate and practical; we'll work together to understand what's been weighing on you and build tools that help you move forward in everyday life.

I use evidenced-based treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for addiction and behavior change. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both compassionate and practical. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, while also being supported in taking real steps forward. In our work together,

I focus on helping you understand the patterns, thoughts, and experiences that are keeping you stuck, while also building skills you can use in your everyday life.

I tend to be collaborative and straightforward—I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also gently challenge you when needed so you can continue growing.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and CBT-based strategies for addiction and behavior change, always tailoring the work to fit your specific needs and goals.

Above all, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel respected, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure or nervous. In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’d like to see change.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once; we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can be open and honest.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying some initial goals and talk about what working together could look like moving forward. My aim is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
