Great to meet you!

I am a Baylor University graduate with a degree in psychology. I also have a Master of Arts from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in different settings including non-profit organizations, mental health facilities, schools, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

Life is like a puzzle and you are in control of your own puzzle. You have the ability and choice to change and correct the pieces if needed. Sometimes our puzzle gets shaken up and our pieces get turned. It's never too late to rebuild the puzzle and work with you to create your masterpiece. My goal is to meet clients where they are in life from a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach. I look forward to helping you put your pieces back together!

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to work through life's toughest battles. The first session will include identifying the initial problem, building rapport with one another, and identifying a plan of action. All sessions are 55 minutes long and together we will process and rebuild your life's masterpiece.
