I work best with people who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of worry or sadness and are ready to try a new way of relating to their thoughts and feelings. If you’ve been pushing away difficult emotions, your mind, or others without success, we may be a good fit. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you build new skills and create space for what matters most. I typically work one-on-one and can integrate your faith, including Christianity, into the process when desired.
