Great to meet you!

I specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders, with a focus on opioid dependence and medication-assisted treatment, including Suboxone. My goal is to provide effective, evidence-based care that supports recovery, stability, and long-term success in a structured, nonjudgmental environment.

I work with adults who may feel stuck in cycles of use, withdrawal, or relapse, as well as those ready to begin recovery but unsure where to start. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and practical strategies to reduce cravings, improve daily functioning, and regain control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both supportive and direct. I believe recovery is not about perfection, but about consistency and progress. When appropriate, I incorporate medication-assisted treatment to help stabilize brain chemistry and reduce withdrawal symptoms, while also addressing the behavioral and emotional patterns that contribute to substance use.

I also treat co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders, which often play a key role in addiction and recovery. By treating the whole person, I aim to support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported. Whether you are early in recovery or looking to strengthen your progress, we will work together to build a plan that aligns with your goals.
