Great to meet you!

Hi! I know taking this step isn’t always easy, and I’m here to support you. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals seeking to become the best version of themselves.

Together, we’ll work to help you overcome challenges and build healthier boundaries with yourself and in your relationships. I believe that laughter and humor can be powerful tools in healing, helping us process past experiences while breaking cycles that no longer serve us.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to support your growth. Drawing from Gestalt strategies, I help you stay present and connected to your current experiences. Through a Narrative approach, we’ll explore and process past experiences that may feel difficult to move forward from.

Our work will also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where you’ll learn to challenge negative thought patterns and overcome barriers that may be holding you back from becoming your most confident and trusting self. Additionally, I integrate a psychodynamic approach to help uncover deeper patterns, identify underlying barriers, and break cycles that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

You will lead, and I will guide. I believe healing is not one size fits all, and therapy can draw from a variety of approaches to best support your needs. My work is always centered on meeting you where you are, creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and empowering.
