Shawna Adkins has nearly a decade of experience treating adults. Shawna specializes in the treatment of substance use and addiction. She is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.

Shawna takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to create a therapeutic space that invites you to embark on a journey to (re)discover your true nature and grow your confidence.

My aim is to build a trustworthy relationship with you, from which we can jointly address difficult thoughts, complex emotions, or challenging situations presented in life. We will work together to more confidently navigate spaces, to reduce harm, and bring you closer to self-compassion and self-acceptance.
