Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from DU in 2019, and my practice is shaped by both professional training and real-life experience. I use an eclectic approach—drawing from different evidence-based methods—because no two clients are the same. Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth, and sometimes sprinkled with humor, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. My goal is to create a safe, authentic space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
