Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), with experience treating anxiety, trauma and grief, since 2013. My approach is to create a non-judgmental environment for you to share whatever challenges you are facing. The goal is to help you heal and move your life in the direction you desire.

My approach to therapy

I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you heal and move forward, reaching a life worth living. I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

I believe resilience is an innate quality we all possess. I seek to help individuals heal, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
