Great to meet you!

I have been working as a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state since 2011. I have earned master’s degrees in both education and clinical psychology and have had the opportunity to serve my community as an educator and counselor for individuals of all ages, couples, and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I genuinely believe that each client is a unique individual with their own story to tell, and I draw on my years of knowledge and experience to utilize trauma-informed, attachment-centered techniques, and tools from a number of modalities to support each individuals’ specific needs and personal goals for healing.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a firm believer in the fact that our pasts don’t define us, and true healing is possible. Change and growth can be challenging, and very scary at times, but there is hope as long as you are willing to do the work. I have a genuine passion for supporting clients on their journey of healing and growth, and I am deeply honored by the privileged to walk alongside you on your path to discovering your most authentic, happy, and healthy version of you.
