Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to help make that first step a little easier. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal. If you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, we'll work together—at your pace—toward meaningful goals and lasting change. My hope is to support you in rediscovering peace, purpose, and presence in your life.

Over the 8 years I've been practicing, I have helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief by creating space for healing and growth. My approach is always tailored to each person’s unique needs, but I often draw from CBT, DBT, grief counseling, and narrative therapy to support clients in processing difficult experiences and regaining a sense of control and resilience.

I have experience in betrayal trauma and I also specialize in using DBT to help individuals build practical tools for managing emotions, strengthening relationships, and creating a more balanced, mindful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing, and I work to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin collaborating on goals. I’ll share initial thoughts on how we might work together, and check in to ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. Clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to help you build insight, emotional resilience, and healthier patterns in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. Over time, many clients find they gain a stronger sense of self, improved relationships, and a renewed connection to peace, purpose, and presence.
