Dr. Inez, DBH, LCSW, has been supporting adults, couples, and families in Arizona for over 20 years. Often in leadership and teaching positions, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for quality care for the clients she serves. She currently works with individuals and couples.
Her approach incorporates mind/body integration in working with clients to open doors for a fuller, freer life. She draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, The Gottman Method, and psychodynamic theories to tailor interventions that best fit the unique individual or couple.
