Great to meet you!

With over 30 years in the behavioral health field, often in leadership positions, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep passion for quality care to my clients. My approach is informed by an Ericksonian perspective; I look at the whole person, zoom in on that glimmer of light, and together we find ways to open doors for a fuller, freer life. I am deeply influenced by eastern psychology and have extensive training in mindfulness, narrative therapy, family systems, and the treatment of trauma.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I have successfully worked with individuals and couples seeking insight and change around issues such as chronic illness, pain management, depression, addiction, trauma, divorce, grief, anxiety, relationship realignment and general support. I work with adults and seniors of any gender, and I have recently focused on women's issues and older adults.

What you can expect from me

You will find that I am authentic, compassionate, and genuinely curious about your life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore your experiences and work towards meaningful change together. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a free phone consultation before your first session, please contact me. I look forward to connecting with you.
