I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently licensed in Georgia. I am skilled at client-centered therapy. I have worked with couples, teens/adolescents, adults and groups for over 3 years.

I believe that it is Okay not to be Okay. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients find solutions that is tailored to their specific needs as no two individuals are alike. I believe if we can get to the root of the issue, we can understand and resolve the challenges and move forward

My approach to therapy is utilizing CBT so the client can talk about their emotions and learn coping techniques to handle any situation.

Clients can expect to leave the session feeling they have been heard and understood.
