Great to meet you!
Healing begins when we move beyond simply managing symptoms and start building a compassionate relationship with ourselves. That's why my work goes beyond symptom relief. I help clients reconnect with their minds and their bodies, make sense of what they've been carrying, and move toward something more sustainable than simply getting through the day. Healing, I've learned, is something we cultivate together — not something we rush.
In sessions, I use evidence-based therapy within a grounded, holistic framework. EMDR is often my first line of treatment for clients processing trauma that still echoes through their daily lives — in their relationships, their nervous systems, and the patterns they can't quite explain. I also draw on DBT and mindfulness to build practical skills for emotional balance and steadiness. I'm especially passionate about helping clients understand the why behind what they feel, because knowledge, I believe, is what turns confusion into clarity and shame into self-compassion.
When clients want to bring their spirituality into the room, I welcome it. Faith, curiosity, and a sense of something larger than ourselves can be powerful tools for self-discovery, and I honor all belief systems with genuine respect and without agenda.
My style is warm, direct, and transparent. I listen without judgment — whether someone is navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, or the quiet, persistent ripple effects of trauma. I help clients slow down, find steadiness in their nervous system, and create the conditions where real healing can begin.
Clients often describe me as "real" — someone who brings equal parts expertise and humanity into the therapy room. I especially love working with women and teens, and with neurodivergent adults who are learning to see their sensitivity and intensity as strengths rather than shortcomings. That reframe alone can change everything.
