Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed therapist. My passion as a therapist lies in helping people with mental health issues overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. Using various clinical approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brief Solution Focused Therapy allows me to guide you away from the grasp of mental illness and closer to reaching more remarkable success in life.

My approach to therapy

Depression, anxiety/OCD and anger often time stems from the life issues that lead to feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness and resentment that wreak havoc in your life. During our sessions, I will teach you skills to stabilize your emotions and thoughts which will ultimately lead to regaining your life and rediscovering yourself. During our sessions, you’ll learn how to think about, respond to and perceive your obstacles by using ERP, CBT and brief solution focused in order to move forward.

What you can expect from me

People with mental health issues have often found themselves fighting to find life satisfaction as they deal with their symptoms. I am partnering with you to restore you joy. We must be open and honest with each other so you can make progress every week to reach your goals. Past clients have described me as caring, funny and straightforward. Together, we can achieve the change you desire to see.
