Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping women navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions. If you often feel overwhelmed, find yourself overthinking, or feel like you’re carrying a lot on your own, you’re not alone and you don’t have to keep managing it by yourself.

I have over 10 years of experience working in community mental health with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and major life stressors. I understand how difficult it can be to balance responsibilities, relationships, and your own emotional needs.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to show up as your full self without judgment. Together, we can work through what’s weighing on you and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be open and honest while also gaining tools that you can actually use in your daily life.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also focusing on helping you understand the deeper patterns that may be contributing to your stress or anxiety. I tailor each session to your needs, whether that means processing emotions, building coping skills, or working through specific challenges.

I aim to help you not only understand what you’re going through, but also feel empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like to get out of our work together.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once. You can go at your own pace. My role is to guide the conversation, ask questions to better understand your experiences, and help you start identifying areas we can focus on moving forward.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of what working together might look like and feel more supported in taking the next steps.
