Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who keeps therapy real, supportive and most importantly, HUMAN. I work with anxiety, mood and personality disorders, addiction, and big life changes using evidence based practices that are practical to use outside of sessions. My vibe is warm, collaborative, eclectic and gently challenging— often thinking outside of the box.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating; it can feel like a space where you finally figure things out and move forward.

My approach to therapy

I want to listen. Not just to listen, but to understand. My goal is to make my clients feel seen, important and in control of their own lives. I do not give advice but instead assist you with tapping into your own strengths to problem solve.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your expectations, and begin outlining goals and next steps together.
