Great to meet you!

I am licensed therapist, based in Texas, with 7 years of experience. I am here to support & empower you in your journey to overcome the stress, anxiety, depression or conflict in your life. I have experience in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, family conflict, trauma and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a non-judgmental provider that believes in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. I will give you the time you need, without rushing, for you to tell me what you are going through and to make sure that I understand things clearly. I do not take a "know it all approach." I will be working alongside you, using my clinical knowledge and skill to guide you, in order to assist you with figuring out the best way to work through your issues.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, I will take the time to ask you questions about your presenting symptoms and background to get a full understanding of your concern. During sessions, I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
