Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC with a PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education, in addition to M.Ed. and Ed.S. degress in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have advanced training in EMDR, grief, and therapeutic martial arts. I specialize in working with equestrians, veterinary staff, and those dealing with pet loss grief. My approach is integrative, focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, grow, and heal. If you do not see an available day or time that fits your needs, please reach out to me directly to check for additional appointment times.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, solution-focused approach, blending techniques like CBT, EMDR for trauma, and client-centered grief support. I help clients identify strengths and learn practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. My work is rooted in relationship and family systems, which informs how I help clients navigate interpersonal challenges and family dynamics. I aim to create an environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave with practical tools for managing emotions, building resilience, and addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore personal patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. Clients can expect increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of "getting unstuck." Ultimately, I work with you to foster healing and meaningful change, so you feel more empowered, confident, and in control of your emotional well-being.
