Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking an interest in involving me in your mental health journey! I am an LCSW with experience treating complex trauma, family systems, dual diagnosis, significant life changes, and depression/anxiety. I lean into ACT, DBT, attachment theory, and strength-based interventions. I believe in meeting you where you are right now to determine priorities in your journey. I am compassionate, direct, think outside the box, and believe in focusing on internal/external strategies.

My approach to therapy

I take an organic approach to each client in determining how to help within individualized experiences, challenges, and strengths. I believe in exploring your values, finding your core beliefs, and analyzing internal minds-sets while challenging external behaviors. I focus on living life within these values, challenging negative core beliefs, and looking at how you engage in your life to find what is working and what isn't.

What you can expect from me

The takeaway from our sessions is validating the struggles while also challenging behaviors and thoughts to work on long-term change. I merge compassion, warmth, and openness with curiosity, investigation, and directness to help balance each session with exploration and action.
