Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of combined experience working with children, teens, and adults across special education, school counseling, and mental health settings. My clinical focus includes supporting clients in developing a greater self-awareness, including insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also foster a therapeutic environment that encourages open expression while promoting the development of practical coping strategies for daily functioning.

My approach to therapy

I empower individuals to take control of their mental health through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Clients learn practical tools and techniques to manage negative thinking patterns and behaviors. CBT strategies can be applied to a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on building rapport and setting treatment goals. Ongoing sessions help clients develop skills to manage stress, increase self-awareness, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and effectiveness.
