Great to meet you!

You deserve a space that is supportive, compassionate, and free of judgement, one that meets you where you are. I have experience working with diverse populations across a variety of settings and believe that every person’s story, strengths, and goals are unique. One of my specialties is working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I understand the lasting impact trauma can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life, and I am committed to providing a safe space where healing can occur at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or the effects of past experiences, I am here to support you throughout your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to meet clients where they are, helping them develop practical coping skills while fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Seeking therapy is a courageous first step. In our first session, I take the time to understand your story, what has been weighing on you, and what you are hoping to find on the other side. There is no pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we set the goals that feel genuinely yours and build practical tools for the challenges you face day to day. Over time, my clients often describe feeling clearer, more grounded, and more like themselves. I am here to help you build on your strengths, overcome obstacles, and move towards the life you want to create.
