Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and moments of emotional overwhelm. I deeply value creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be honest about what’s hard. My approach is practical and collaborative, focusing on coping skills, communication tools, and emotional regulation strategies that help you gain clarity and feel more confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to what you need in the moment. I focus on building real-life coping skills, strengthening communication, and improving emotional regulation so you can gain clarity and feel more grounded moving forward. I often draw from Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, along with other evidence-based approaches, creating an eclectic style that fits you rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to really be a time for me to get to know you. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and we’ll begin setting goals together. I see this session as the foundation of our work—slowing down, understanding your story, and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and comfortable from the start.
