Great to meet you!

If you feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck but long for clarity, stability, and hope, I can help. I work with adolescents and adults to better understand symptoms, regain control, and build skills for relief and healing. My ideal patient seeks support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, or psychosis. Together we can manage symptoms, heal from pain, and rediscover strengths. My goal is not only to help you cope but to thrive—building resilience, purpose, and authentic connection.

My approach to therapy

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, functioning similar to a psychiatrist. I partner with each person—and their families when appropriate—to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy. Every plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Are you ready for change? With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including background in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry and as a U.S. Air Force Medic, I provide compassionate care for adolescents and adults. Let’s work together to build resilience, find balance, and help you thrive. Reach out today—you don’t have to do this alone.
