Hey there, I'm Shay. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, a wife, a mom but most importantly your biggest supporter in achieving your goals for overall improved mental health and well-being. I am highly rated board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a double degree graduate of Yale University. I treat patients across the country, across the lifespan and have focused my doctoral work on increasing access and adherence to trauma focused care.
