Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist(LMFT) in California providing services virtually. I primarily help young adults with challenges such as anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem, and life transitions. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and completed my practicum and associate work in the community mental health sector. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in the special education system, primarily with Autism and ADHD.
My experience working in special education taught me to really get creative in finding unique ways to approach treatment. This skill is something I bring to my work with young adults facing unique challenges. Additionally, I have certifications in ADHD, domestic violence and technology addiction.
