Great to meet you!

I am genuine, direct, and bold. I respect the value of your time and your desire for growth and change. In doing so, I incorporate a wide range of innovative and creative self-directed projects to practice the principles covered in our sessions.

My approach to therapy

As an experienced psychotherapist, I am dedicated to serving the needs of my clients. My approach is no-nonsense, reality-based treatment that is bold, direct, and yet highly empathetic, leaving those I serve inspired and filled with hope.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. Your personal history will be explored in a variety of areas. This will be provided in an atmosphere that is safe and judgment-free. During these early sessions, we will determine a path of growth and development that will navigate our future sessions.
