My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I incorporate attachment-based work to help clients understand how early relationships and experiences impact current patterns, especially for those with complex trauma backgrounds. I utilize Family Systems and Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation to support insight, healing, and meaningful change.
I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences while building practical tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
