Hi, I’m Shayna Parker, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 9 years of experience working with teenagers and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and relationship concerns. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.I’ve always found joy in helping others—something that started early in life and first took shape through my work as a personal trainer. Over time, I realized what I loved most was helping people feel stronger not just physically, but emotionally. That journey led me to become a counselor, where I could help people heal, find clarity, and move forward with purpose. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, always with a focus on building resilience and self-awareness. I believe you already carry strengths within you, and my role is to help you uncover them so you can move through life with more clarity and confidence.
