Hi there! My name is Shea, it's nice to meet you. Over the past decade as a trauma counselor, I've developed a specialty in supporting neurodivergent adults and adults living with disability or chronic illness. My approach as a therapist is rooted in creating a safer, more accessible therapy space for people of all backgrounds, including members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, immigrants, and other vulnerable populations.
At the heart of my work is specialized trauma treatment. I adapt evidence based therapies, including EMDR, to fit you, not the other way around. Being neurodivergent or living with chronic illness or disability often means navigating spaces that weren’t designed with you in mind. Therapy shouldn’t be another one of those spaces.
I offer therapy that feels comfortable, collaborative, and useful. Whether we're helping trauma feel less loud, navigating anxiety or low mood, or building tools to make daily life feel better, our work will focus on what matters most to you.
